Very interested to see how you find Tiburon. I've thought about going again recently myself.
My last visit a few years back was perplexing. They have a "fine dining in a casual atmosphere" approach which didn't work for me personally.
The food was fairly decent, I just wasn't a fan of the restaurant space or the laid back service that night.
It was relatively expensive (my entree was over $40 iirc) so I was looking for a knock out experience that night.
