My experience with conveyor belt sushi has never been great.
I haven't tried Wasabi, but everywhere else I have found it an overpriced novelty. Items can sit on the belt for eternity, by the time you pick them off you have no idea how long they have been sat there for. Sushi needs to be eaten pretty much as soon as its made. And yes, I am a sushi snob (*hides*).
All that said, it is a rather fun experience the first few times.
